Un dels motius \u00e9s la seva accessibilitat, at\u00e8s que es poden trobar a qualsevol establiment i fins i tot a gimnasos, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 <strong>generen addicci\u00f3 i depend\u00e8ncia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La definici\u00f3 d\u2019aquest producte no es recull en cap normativa espec\u00edfica i s\u2019engloba dins les begudes refrescants. Tampoc no hi ha cap regulaci\u00f3 que assenyali els ingredients permesos, les concentracions m\u00e0ximes ni les possibles combinacions. Tenint tot aix\u00f2 en compte, s\u00f3n realment beneficioses?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Composici\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els seus ingredients s\u00f3n principalment aigua, sucre, cafe\u00efna, vitamines, minerals i estimulants no nutritius, com ara la taurina, el ginseng i la guaran\u00e0. <strong>A priori, aquests estimulants no s\u00f3n perjudicials, per\u00f2, si els ingerim en grans quantitats i de forma habitual, podrien arribar a ser perillosos<\/strong> per a la nostra salut i alterar el nostre sistema nervi\u00f3s de manera significativa.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la dosi de cafe\u00efna (160\u00a0mg en una llauna de 500\u00a0ml), duplica la del caf\u00e8 expr\u00e9s (80\u00a0mg per tassa). Si tenim en compte que la dosi recomanada di\u00e0ria en joves d\u2019entre 10 i 18\u00a0anys no pot superar els 100\u00a0mg (mitja tassa de caf\u00e8 expr\u00e9s), queda pal\u00e8s que sobrepassen aquests l\u00edmits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Perills per a l\u2019organisme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ha demostrat que les altes ingestes, minuts despr\u00e9s de consumir-les, poden causar un augment perill\u00f3s de la pressi\u00f3 arterial i una pujada dels nivells de l\u2019hormona de l\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Les begudes energ\u00e8tiques tamb\u00e9 <strong>estan associades a diversos problemes de salut a curt termini<\/strong>, com ara insomni, deshidrataci\u00f3, mal de pit, marejos, mal de cap i problemes gastrointestinals. <strong>A llarg termini<\/strong>, els problemes de salut es compliquen, podent causar pertorbacions del ritme card\u00edac, addicci\u00f3, s\u00edmptomes d\u2019abstin\u00e8ncia, augment de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca, convulsions, pressi\u00f3 arterial alta, nerviosisme, ansietat i, fins i tot, depressi\u00f3, sense oblidar-nos dels problemes de sobrep\u00e8s i obesitat per la gran quantitat de sucres i calories buides que contenen.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, <strong>quan es barregen amb alcohol, els efectes empitjoren<\/strong>, ja que aquesta combinaci\u00f3 podria incrementar el risc de patir atacs card\u00edacs, problemes hormonals i alteracions del sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, i despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver vist casos de joves i esportistes hospitalitzats, hi ha pa\u00efsos com Fran\u00e7a, Noruega i Dinamarca que han retirat aquests productes del mercat. <strong>A Espanya, Gal\u00edcia ser\u00e0 la primera comunitat aut\u00f2noma a prohibir la venda d\u2019aquestes begudes a menors de 18\u00a0anys.<\/strong> L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s reduir-ne el consum i la venda, sobretot entre els m\u00e9s joves.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, i com a conclusi\u00f3, encara que tenen ingredients que per si mateixos s\u00f3n positius, com les vitamines, i poden ajudar-nos a augmentar la concentraci\u00f3, la motivaci\u00f3 i l\u2019estat d\u2019alerta, \u00e9s preferible cercar aquests efectes i nutrients en altres fonts aliment\u00e0ries millors per a la nostra salut.
