Per\u00f2 aquesta sensaci\u00f3 es pot evitar o reduir? La clau est\u00e0 a anar adaptant a poc a poc els h\u00e0bits perqu\u00e8 el canvi no sigui tan dr\u00e0stic. Et donem alguns consells.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Establir horaris<\/strong> i seguir els mateixos cada dia. \u00c9s especialment important el de dormir i els dels \u00e0pats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planificar activitats agradables.<\/strong> Igual que es programa una reuni\u00f3 o gesti\u00f3 a l\u2019agenda, cal reservar temps per al lleure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tornar a la vida saludable:<\/strong> fer esport i menjar de manera equilibrada. Durant les vacances, \u00e9s habitual descurar alguns aspectes, de manera que \u00e9s l\u2019ocasi\u00f3 perfecta per tornar a centrar-nos a tenir cura del nostre organisme, amb una alimentaci\u00f3 conscient i saludable, aix\u00ed com amb l\u2019exercici. Fer esport, a m\u00e9s, ens ajuda a alliberar endorfines, que milloren l&#8217;estat d\u2019\u00e0nim i ajuden a descarregar tensions. \u00c9s fonamental fer-ho a poc a poc, marcant objectius realistes per no desanimar-se.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agrair<\/strong>. Dedicar un moment durant el dia a reflexionar sobre les coses bones que tenim a la vida, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 pot canviar l\u2019enfocament i ajudar-nos a centrar-nos en all\u00f2 que \u00e9s positiu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limitar el temps a les xarxes socials<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 perjudiquen la productivitat. A m\u00e9s, les publicacions d\u2019altres persones generen comparacions i intensifiquen la tristesa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Endre\u00e7ar<\/strong> l&#8217;escriptori, la zona de treball o la casa quan tornem de vacances per fer-se a la idea.
