Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 comporta seguir una dieta estricta o eliminar radicalment alguns aliments? Responem els dubtes principals:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Com afecta l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 al rendiment esportiu? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau, perqu\u00e8 ens proporciona l\u2019energia, els nutrients i la hidrataci\u00f3 necessaris per al nostre rendiment f\u00edsic, alhora que afavoreix la recuperaci\u00f3 i la prevenci\u00f3 de lesions.<\/p>\n<p>En cas contrari, tindrem un cansament prematur, un rendiment baix, un risc de lesions major, p\u00e8rdua de massa muscular i for\u00e7a, i un d\u00e8ficit de vitamines i minerals, la qual cosa afecta la recuperaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Hi ha aliments prohibits? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, nom\u00e9s cal saber-los triar i limitar-ne alguns en la dieta di\u00e0ria per evitar perjudicar la salut. L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 ha de ser com m\u00e9s natural i equilibrada millor, tot i que puntualment podem gaudir sense remordiments d\u2019opcions menys saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Com en tot, la clau \u00e9s la quantitat i la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, especialment si l\u2019objectiu \u00e9s tenir un estil de vida saludable o millorar el rendiment esportiu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Puc menjar hidrats de carboni? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La resposta \u00e9s s\u00ed. De fet, cal menjar-ne. S\u00f3n la nostra principal font d\u2019energia i compleixen funcions clau en el metabolisme, el rendiment f\u00edsic i el funcionament del cervell. En lloc de prohibir-los i demonitzar-los, hem d\u2019aprendre a triar-los i fer-los servir per aprofitar-nos dels seus beneficis.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019important \u00e9s la qualitat i la quantitat, que dependran del nostre objectiu i la nostra salut, i saber diferenciar sempre entre els hidrats de carboni complexos (els que aporten fibra i nutrients: civada, arr\u00f2s, llegums&#8230;) i els simples (que no ens interessen: pastes industrials, sucre de taula, refrescs, sucs&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important saber quina mena de carbohidrats ens interessen m\u00e9s en cada moment (per tenir m\u00e9s energia, com el d\u00e0til; per afavorir la recuperaci\u00f3, com el pl\u00e0tan o la crema d\u2019arr\u00f2s; o durant un entrenament o competici\u00f3, com els suplements) i quins ens sacien m\u00e9s amb un aportament cal\u00f2ric inferior (pomes, cereals integrals, carabassa&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Per qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n importants les prote\u00efnes? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n essencials per al funcionament del cos, perqu\u00e8 participen en molts processos fisiol\u00f2gics: construir i reparar teixits i c\u00e8l\u00b7lules del nostre organisme, i mantenir funcions vitals. Alguns exemples: peix blanc, gall dindi, s\u00edpia, clara d\u2019ou&#8230; Que, en la quantitat correcta, sacien.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, igual que en el cas dels hidrats de carboni, hem de saber quina quantitat necessitem per a cada cas per no fer curt i evitar la debilitat i la p\u00e8rdua de massa muscular.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest cas, al contrari del que passa amb els hidrats de carboni, el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s la quantitat total di\u00e0ria per cobrir les nostres necessitats proteiques, i no tant en quin moment les ingerim. Una ingesta insuficient generaria disminuci\u00f3 de massa muscular, p\u00e8rdua de cabells, problemes de cicatritzaci\u00f3 i debilitament del sistema immunitari.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, la dieta d\u2019un esportista s\u2019ha de basar en la ingesta de nutrients energ\u00e8tics (hidrats de carboni i greixos saludables), fonts de prote\u00efna, vitamines i minerals, i una hidrataci\u00f3 adequada, ja que tot aix\u00f2 determinar\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8xit dels entrenaments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">D.
