Hi ha diferents punts de vista respecte a quines pr\u00e0ctiques s\u00f3n les millors en aquest sentit, per\u00f2 tothom comparteix que \u00e9s fonamental disposar de l\u2019equipament correcte i <strong>rec\u00f3rrer inicialment a un especialista<\/strong> per aprendre la t\u00e8cnica necess\u00e0ria i com aplicar-la de la millor manera possible.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, l\u2019<strong>escalfament general<\/strong> \u00e9s una part essencial de qualsevol activitat f\u00edsica, perqu\u00e8 prepara el cos. Per tant, una rutina pr\u00e8via de moviments suaus eleva la temperatura de la musculatura i afavoreix la lubricaci\u00f3 de les articulacions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fer estiraments, s\u00ed o no?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tradicionalment, s\u2019ha donat molta import\u00e0ncia a fer estiraments abans i despr\u00e9s de qualsevol activitat f\u00edsica, per\u00f2 no s\u2019ha demostrat que sigui el millor. Al contrari, <strong>pot ser contraproduent i provocar lesions<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 no sabem la intensitat que estem fent arribar al m\u00fascul ni a la resta de teixits del cos. Quan es fan estiraments m\u00e9s intensos i prolongats del que es recomana, el creixement muscular es veu afectat, la qual cosa possibilita les lesions.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, encara no s\u2019ha arribat a un consens com\u00fa i hi ha molts estudis que parlen tant dels avantatges com dels desavantatges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Entrenament de for\u00e7a (o HIIT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actualment, i basant-se en l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia i l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels pacients, \u00e9s convenient donar m\u00e9s import\u00e0ncia als entrenaments d\u2019alta intensitat que combinen r\u00e0fegues curtes d\u2019activitat intensa amb per\u00edodes de descans o d\u2019una activitat m\u00e9s moderada amb l\u2019objectiu de guanyar for\u00e7a muscular i resist\u00e8ncia cardiovascular, perqu\u00e8, com m\u00e9s fort estigui el cos, m\u00e9s capa\u00e7 ser\u00e0 de gestionar i tolerar un major nivell d\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Descans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tant o m\u00e9s important que l\u2019entrenament mateix \u00e9s el descans que el segueix. La millor manera que t\u00e9 el cos d\u2019adaptar-se a l\u2019exercici efectuat \u00e9s el descans posterior.
