Els nostres avantpassats dejunaven segons l&#8217;\u00e8poca de l&#8217;any en qu\u00e8 es trobaven, aquests podien ser m\u00e9s abundants o escassos, tenint en compte la fauna i flora que els envoltava. No obstant aix\u00f2, avui disposem de qualsevol aliment que desitgem a qualsevol hora del dia, cosa que fa milers d&#8217;anys era impensable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipus de dejuni i com comen\u00e7ar a practicar-los<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El dejuni m\u00e9s recomanable<\/strong>, b\u00e0sic i senzill per a comen\u00e7ar a practicar-lo \u00e9s el <strong>12\/12<\/strong>, en el qual <strong>es pot menjar durant 12 hores per a dejunar per complet en les 12 hores seg\u00fcents<\/strong>, normalment sol ser durant la nit, per exemple, dejunant de 9 de la nit a 9 del mat\u00ed (12\/12).<\/p>\n<p>Si els primers dies han anat b\u00e9, la ment i el cos s&#8217;hauran acostumat als per\u00edodes de dejuni i aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de passar una mica de fam desapareixer\u00e0, en aquest cas ja estarem preparats per a passar als seg\u00fcents dejunis m\u00e9s coneguts, extensos i prolongats com 14\/10 o 16\/8.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beneficis del dejuni intermitent<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Afavoreix la p\u00e8rdua de pes.<\/strong> Efectivament \u00e9s un dels beneficis pel qual aquest m\u00e8tode s&#8217;ha fet tan fam\u00f3s, ja que tot aquell que el practica, per norma general, ingereix menys quantitat de kcal totals di\u00e0ries i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, baixa de pes i redueix greix corporal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La p\u00e8rdua de pes es per causa dels per\u00edodes llargs de dejuni on ens trobem amb nivells d&#8217;insulina m\u00e9s baixos, afavorint la reducci\u00f3 de greix corporal i millorant la sensibilitat a la insulina, facilitant els processos d&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3, tant de la glucosa com dels \u00e0cids grassos del nostre cos. El dejuni intermitent pot afavorir a persones diab\u00e8tiques de tipus 2 amb problemes cardiovasculars, circulatoris o hipertensos i amb colesterol alt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Millores a nivell gastrointestinal.<\/strong> En estar per\u00edodes llargs sense ingerir cap aliment, donem pas al descans i relaxaci\u00f3 dels nostres \u00f2rgans, disminuint la inflamaci\u00f3, millorant problemes de flora, fermentaci\u00f3, permeabilitat intestinal i microbiota.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Millores a nivell neurol\u00f2gic i hormonal.<\/strong> Estudis cient\u00edfics, revelen que, durant per\u00edodes de dejuni, el nostre organisme t\u00e9 m\u00e9s capacitat de segregar hormones com ara dopamina, adrenalina, noradrenalina, hormona de creixement i hormona T4 i T3, les quals ajuden a un correcte funcionament cerebral, de mem\u00f2ria, retenci\u00f3 de conceptes i, fins i tot, un estat emocional \u00f2ptim i adequat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, el dejuni intermitent pot ser una <strong>molt bona eina per a millorar el nostre estat de salut i aconseguir baixar de pes<\/strong>, sempre que el realitzem de manera progressiva i controlada per un especialista, respectant els horaris dels menjars.
