{"id":5933,"date":"2022-03-23T08:00:25","date_gmt":"2022-03-23T07:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asssa.es\/ca\/?p=5933"},"modified":"2022-08-18T13:50:22","modified_gmt":"2022-08-18T11:50:22","slug":"resiliencia-la-clau-per-a-una-bona-salut-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asssa.es\/ca\/resiliencia-la-clau-per-a-una-bona-salut-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"Resili\u00e8ncia: la clau per a una bona salut mental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En els \u00faltims anys, i especialment en aquesta \u00e8poca estranya de pand\u00e8mia que ens ha tocat viure, les paraules resili\u00e8ncia i salut mental ressonen cont\u00ednuament en titulars de mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3, en boca de pol\u00edtics, en la cua del banc o de la fleca per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la resili\u00e8ncia?<!--more--> I\u2026 qu\u00e8 t\u00e9 a veure amb la salut mental?<\/p>\n<p>Resili\u00e8ncia es defineix segons el Gran diccionari de la llengua catalana com la capacitat de l&#8217;individu per a afrontar amb \u00e8xit una situaci\u00f3 desfavorable o de risc, i per a recuperar-se, adaptar-se i desenvolupar-se positivament davant les circumst\u00e0ncies adverses. En psicologia, es defineix com la <strong>capacitat d\u2019adaptar<\/strong><strong>-se de manera eficient i recuperar-se r\u00e0pidament despr\u00e9s d\u2019una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019estr\u00e8s, una adversitat, un traumatisme o una trag\u00e8dia.<\/strong> Segons la definici\u00f3, i fins i tot fon\u00e8ticament, \u00e9s f\u00e0cil pensar que es tracta d\u2019un sin\u00f2nim de <em>resist\u00e8ncia<\/em> que, si b\u00e9 sona semblant, est\u00e0 en les ant\u00edpodes conceptuals de la <em>resili\u00e8ncia<\/em>, doncs mentre que resist\u00e8ncia comporta \u201coposici\u00f3\u201d, la clau de la resili\u00e8ncia s\u2019amaga en la <strong>capacitat d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I qu\u00e8 t\u00e9 a veure la resili\u00e8ncia amb la salut mental? En la nostra vida, totes les persones ens enfrontem a diferents situacions adverses (ruptura sentimental, p\u00e8rdua de persones que estimem, dificultats laborals o econ\u00f2miques, malalties f\u00edsiques\u2026) que poden resultar pertorbadores per generar-nos una c\u00e0rrega major d\u2019estr\u00e8s o poden interferir en el nostre funcionament habitual.<\/p>\n<p>Davant aquestes situacions adverses, l\u2019\u00e9sser hum\u00e0 pot reaccionar de formes diferents. Una d\u2019elles seria la negaci\u00f3, intentar ignorar el problema, continuar funcionant com si no succe\u00eds res i per tant mantenint l\u2019estr\u00e8s i l\u2019alteraci\u00f3 del nostre funcionament amb l\u2019impacte negatiu a llarg termini que podria suposar desenvolupar trastorns com el d\u2019ansietat, adaptatiu o depressiu major. Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies similars podria tenir resistir-se a la nova situaci\u00f3 tractant de mantenir l\u2019estat mental i f\u00edsic previ per tots els mitjans possibles, ja que podria implicar un malestar psicol\u00f2gic elevat que podria arribar a constituir un trastorn mental com els esmentats anteriorment.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra de les postures que es poden desenvolupar davant l\u2019adversitat \u00e9s l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 psicosocial davant la nova situaci\u00f3, la resili\u00e8ncia.
