La inactivitat afecta un 60 % de la poblaci\u00f3 i genera problemes de salut f\u00edsics i mentals. Pot provocar diabetis, obesitat, malalties cardiovasculars, depressi\u00f3, colesterol&#8230; Aix\u00ed doncs, evitar-lo esdev\u00e9 una prioritat.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els beneficis de tenir una vida activa?<\/strong> Millora la qualitat del descans, augmenta l\u2019esperan\u00e7a de vida, proporciona benestar f\u00edsic i mental, i estimula la mem\u00f2ria, la concentraci\u00f3 i l\u2019aprenentatge, entre altres.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, et donem una s\u00e8rie de <strong>consells perqu\u00e8, amb petits canvis al teu dia a dia, puguis combatre la inactivitat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comen\u00e7a per reptes petits, com passejar el teu animal de companyia deu minuts m\u00e9s que de costum.<\/li>\n<li>A la feina, aixeca\u2019t de la cadira cada hora per fer petites coses: endre\u00e7ar, anar al lavabo&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Tingues cura de la teva postura a la cadira, amb l\u2019esquena i les cames rectes.<\/li>\n<li>Si fa estona que no canvies de postura, fes alguns estiraments r\u00e0pids de coll i espatlles.<\/li>\n<li>Camina quan estiguis parlant per tel\u00e8fon.<\/li>\n<li>Puja per les escales en comptes d\u2019agafar l\u2019ascensor.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop per setmana, ves a la feina caminant o en bicicleta.<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019estiu, neda a la piscina o a la platja durant 20 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Fes les feines de casa amb m\u00fasica per ballar i activar el cos.<\/li>\n<li>Quan hagis de fer una compra petita, ves al supermercat a peu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A mesura que el cos vagi agafant ritme, amplia el moviment<\/strong> amb passejos diaris de 30 minuts, exercicis matutins de 10-15 minuts amb abdominals, flexions, esquats i similars, o comen\u00e7a a practicar esports com el ioga.
