A m\u00e9s, funciona dins del sistema endocr\u00ed per ajudar a mantenir ben regulats els nivells de serotonina, dopamina, adrenalina i noradrenalina, fonamentals per al benestar mental.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El 90\u00a0% de la vitamina D s\u2019obt\u00e9 a trav\u00e9s de la pell gr\u00e0cies a la radiaci\u00f3 ultraviolada.<\/strong> Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s habitual que durant els mesos d\u2019estiu (i, concretament, del mar\u00e7 a l\u2019octubre) els nivells estiguin estabilitzats.
