La seva funci\u00f3 \u00e9s sostenir els \u00f2rgans de la zona (bufeta, \u00fater, recte i vagina). Per\u00f2 sabies que hi ha situacions, com l\u2019embar\u00e0s, el part, l\u2019estrenyiment, l\u2019envelliment o l\u2019obesitat, que el poden debilitar?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies poden ser incontin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria, prolapse (descens dels \u00f2rgans de la pelvis), incontin\u00e8ncia fecal o disfuncions sexuals. Aquests problemes, que moltes vegades s\u00f3n un tab\u00fa per a la societat, afecten la vida quotidiana de les dones.<\/p>\n<p>El primer tractament que s\u2019hauria d\u2019aplicar en els casos lleus o moderats \u00e9s la rehabilitaci\u00f3. Ajuda a enfortir i tonificar aquests m\u00fasculs, en millora la funci\u00f3 i prev\u00e9 problemes m\u00e9s greus en un futur.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha <strong>t\u00e8cniques diferents<\/strong>, per la qual cosa \u00e9s important prestar atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de cada persona:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exercicis de Kegel (descrits per l\u2019Arnold Kegel l\u2019any 1950)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s la t\u00e8cnica m\u00e9s comuna i es pot fer al domicili. Consisteix a contraure i relaxar els m\u00fasculs del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 de manera repetida i gradual per tal d\u2019enfortir la zona i millorar-ne la funci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, existeixen dispositius, com els cons vaginals o les boles xineses, que poden ajudar a enfortir els m\u00fasculs de manera progressiva, ja que tamb\u00e9 impliquen la contracci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta musculatura.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Electroestimulaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s necess\u00e0ria la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019un professional i es realitza al centre m\u00e8dic. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica obliga els m\u00fasculs a contraure\u2019s mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019un corrent el\u00e8ctric no dolor\u00f3s similar al que emeten els nervis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Biofeedback<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Permet a les pacients visualitzar, en temps real, l\u2019activitat dels m\u00fasculs de la pelvis, la qual cosa afavoreix l\u2019aprenentatge per contraure\u2019ls de manera efectiva.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s d\u2019utilitzar-se com a tractament, la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 <strong>tamb\u00e9 pot ser beneficiosa com a mesura preventiva.<\/strong> En situacions de risc, com l\u2019embar\u00e0s, permet incrementar-ne la for\u00e7a per reduir, d\u2019aquesta manera, les possibilitats de tenir incontin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria despr\u00e9s del part. A m\u00e9s, les dones que practiquen esports d\u2019impacte (futbol, <em>running<\/em>, b\u00e0squet, atletisme&#8230;) que afecten la funcionalitat del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 haurien de fer els exercicis de Kegel de manera rutin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 constitueix un <strong>enfoc integral i efectiu per abordar problemes de salut relacionats amb la debilitat d\u2019aquesta musculatura<\/strong>. Amb els exercicis de Kegel, els dispositius vaginals, la ter\u00e0pia f\u00edsica i altres t\u00e8cniques, \u00e9s possible millorar-ne la funci\u00f3 i alleujar els s\u00edmptomes que poden apar\u00e8ixer en les dones amb el pas dels anys.<\/p>\n<p>De la mateixa manera, aquesta ter\u00e0pia pot ser una eina preventiva valuosa per mantenir la salut pelviana durant tota la vida.
