Segons l\u2019OMS, el l\u00edmit s\u00f3n 5-6 culleradetes de sucre lliure al dia (25\u00a0g). No obstant aix\u00f2, a Espanya se\u2019n consumeixen, de mitjana, 20 culleradetes al dia (94\u00a0g), una quantitat desorbitada.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Hem de comen\u00e7ar a actuar. Per\u00f2 <strong>cal que eliminem de la dieta tots els aliments dol\u00e7os?<\/strong> Dep\u00e8n del tipus de sucre de qu\u00e8 parlem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sucres lliures, els que s\u2019han de limitar<\/strong>. S\u00f3n els que s\u2019afegeixen als aliments. Tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n presents de manera natural en la mel, els xarops i els sucs de fruita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sucres intr\u00ednsecs, els que no cal limitar ni restringir.<\/strong> S\u00f3n els que trobem de manera natural en l\u2019estructura intacta (sense triturar, espr\u00e9mer ni liquar) de fruites, verdures i llet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, <strong>s\u2019ha de tenir cura amb els aliments ultraprocessats<\/strong> que no ens esperem que tinguin sucre (com ara salses, iogurts, pa de motlle, begudes energ\u00e8tiques, embotit, cereals, sucs envasats o pizza congelada). Es calcula que al voltant del 80\u00a0% dels sucres que ingerim es troben en aquesta mena d\u2019aliments sense que els consumidors en siguem conscients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha de vigilar amb els productes etiquetats com a \u00ab0\u00a0% sucre\u00bb<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 porten una gran quantitat d\u2019<strong>edulcorants<\/strong> que no aporten beneficis ni ajuden a controlar el pes a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>El m\u00e9s recomanable per a la salut \u00e9s, per tant, educar el paladar disminuint progressivament la dol\u00e7or a la dieta per ser capa\u00e7os de poder tornar a gaudir del sabor natural dels aliments. Aquesta \u00e9s una de les millors estrat\u00e8gies per controlar patologies prevalents en les societats actuals, com l\u2019obesitat o la diabetis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Consells per menjar sense sucre en el dia a dia<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprar productes frescos: verdures, fruita, carns magres, peix&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>No tenir a la nevera o al rebost productes amb sucres lliures.<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar els refrescs de la dieta. Substituir-los per aigua, aigua infusionada amb llimona o fruites, te, infusions o caf\u00e8 (sense sucre).<\/li>\n<li>Preparar salses casolanes.<\/li>\n<li>Canviar les postres dolces per fruita natural o deshidratada, iogurt natural o xocolata negra.<\/li>\n<li>Menjar la fruita sencera i no pas espremuda.<\/li>\n<li>Llegir sempre les etiquetes dels aliments processats. El sucre s\u2019amaga darrere de noms acabats en -osa o -syrup, aix\u00ed com en l\u2019extracte de malta, la maltodextrina, la dextrina o la dextrina de blat.
