{"id":24222,"date":"2026-04-20T13:44:12","date_gmt":"2026-04-20T11:44:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asssa.es\/de\/?post_type=informacion_legal&#038;p=24222"},"modified":"2026-04-20T13:44:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T11:44:12","slug":"nuevas-obligaciones-en-la-gestion-de-riesgos-de-las-aseguradoras","status":"publish","type":"informacion_legal","link":"https:\/\/www.asssa.es\/de\/informacion_legal\/nuevas-obligaciones-en-la-gestion-de-riesgos-de-las-aseguradoras\/","title":{"rendered":"NUEVAS OBLIGACIONES EN LA GESTI\u00d3N DE RIESGOS DE LAS ASEGURADORAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=DOUE-L-2025-80004\">La nueva Directiva (UE) 2025\/2 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de noviembre de 2024<\/a><\/u>, introduce en la normativa del sector asegurador los conceptos de \u201criesgo de sostenibilidad\u201d y \u201cfactores de sostenibilidad\u201d obligando, a las entidades aseguradoras, a integrar estos conceptos en la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos y en sus sistemas y planes estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta nueva Directiva a las aseguradoras se les exige la elaboraci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas que permitan vigilar y gestionar los riesgos financieros derivados de factores de sostenibilidad.
