Autoimmune Hepatitis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toxische\u00a0H.<\/strong> \u2013 Medikamente, Gifte, Alkohol, Drogen \u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unter den Hepatitisarten ist aufgrund ihrer Bedeutung die Virushepatitis hervorzuheben.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klassische Hepatitisviren: <strong>Hepatitis A, B, C, D, E, F und G<\/strong>. Hervorzuheben sind <strong>HAV, HBV und HCV<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Nicht-klassische Hepatitisviren: <strong>Epstein-Barr-Virus<\/strong> (infekti\u00f6se Mononukleose) und <strong>Zytomegalievirus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Unter die viralen Hepatitisarten fallen insbesondere:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>HEPATITIS\u00a0A<\/strong>.- RNA-Virus. \u00dcbertragung \u00fcber den Verdauungstrakt (enteral oder f\u00e4kal-oral). Kontaminiertes Wasser, mit kontaminiertem Wasser bew\u00e4ssertes Gem\u00fcse &#8230; Gutartiger und zeitlich begrenzter Krankheitsverlauf. Zu den Symptomen geh\u00f6ren sichtbare Gelbsucht, Durchfall, \u00dcbelkeit, Bauchschmerzen &#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>HEPATITIS\u00a0B<\/strong>.- DNA-Virus. Parenterale \u00dcbertragung (Bluttransfusionen, offene Wunden, K\u00f6rperfl\u00fcssigkeiten, Geschlechtsverkehr, kontaminierte Spritzen). Kann bei 5\u00a0% der Betroffenen chronisch werden und eine chronische Leberinsuffizienz und sogar Leberkrebs verursachen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HEPATITIS\u00a0C<\/strong>.- RNA-Virus. Parenterale \u00dcbertragung. Schwerste Form. Wird bei 80\u00a0% der Betroffenen chronisch und verursacht Leberinsuffizienz, Zirrhose oder Krebs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HEPATITIS\u00a0E<\/strong>.- RNA-Virus. Enterale \u00dcbertragung (\u00e4hnlich wie bei Hepatitis\u00a0A). Akute Infektion. Wird nicht chronisch. Epidemische Ausbr\u00fcche.
