Excellent results in 2017

Our Company has obtained excellent results during 2017. The number of policies contracted from our health insurance increased by 35% compared to 2016, which shows that more and more clients trust ASSSA for their health care.

In addition, we have more than fulfilled the development objectives set for 2017 of increasing human capital, opening branches, expanding into new markets and groups, as well as expanding communication and marketing channels to take our insurance to more people.

In 2018 we will continue assuming important challenges and strive for continued growth and position ourselves as a leading Insurance Company.

    REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

    Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.

    El Reglamento para la defensa del asegurado puede solicitarlo en la siguiente dirección de correo: sacquejasyreclamaciones@asssa.es.
