On the 4th of February, we join the World Cancer Day with the aim of reminding people of the importance of prevention, reducing the stigma associated with this disease and supporting those affected.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology (SEOM), approximately 40% of cases can be prevented by following healthy habits, such as regular exercise, eating a rich and varied diet, using sunscreen and not consuming alcohol or tobacco.<\/p>\n

At ASSSA, we join in this raising awareness campaign and share different key actions to prevent the onset of this disease on our blog.<\/p>\n
