Having made this point, we would like to point out other advantages which sport provides&nbsp;for us, which are complementary to our health, but which might be even more important, such as:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The use of sport as a social vehicle, as it allows us to meet new people and cr&eacute;ate social relationships with other people doing the same activity.<\/li>\n<li>The sensation of&nbsp;the ejoying&nbsp;sport.<\/li>\n<li>The possibility of breaking out of the routine.<\/li>\n<li>The spirit of competition which is promoted by practicing the sport.<\/li>\n<li>The feeling of independence which comes from regular physical exercise. The physical activity involved in practicing sports make for a healthier body, in much better shape, with greater capacity compared with the bodies of inactive people.<\/li>\n<li>To conclude, it would be to point out that the greatest result of physical exercise is your fitness, which provides a number of benefits to your health, among other things.<\/li>\n<li>The sensation of enjoying the sport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThere are a huge number of different sports and that means that they are within everybody&#039;s reach, because there are so many to choose from.
