The new electronic card replaces the vouchers, therefore all our policyholders are having now a health insurance policy without copayments.

VALIDITY
The card does not have an expiration date, it will be valid as long as the policy is in force.
OWNERSHIP
It is personal and non-transferable and must be signed on the back by the owner or legal guardian in the case of minors under 16 years of age.

IDENTIFICATION
The healthcare professional may request the identification document in addition to the ASSSA card. Until you receive your new electronic card and it is activated, you may continue using the one you have.
LOSS OR DETERIORATION
In case of theft, loss or deterioration, please let us know by calling 966 620 003, by email to cards@asssa.es, or by personally going to your nearest ASSSA office.
