The Club ASSSA Enric Valor, in collaboration with the Valencian Federation, organised on the 24th of September the VI Chess Tournament for Equality, a mixed competition, held for the first time in Alicante, which supports gender equality in sport and brings chess closer to women.
Our club, with years of experience training female players, has been the most represented of all the Valencian Community and has managed to proclaim itself the winner in the U18 category.
In addition, on the 23rd and 24th of September, the Spanish Championship by teams in rapid mode was held, exciting days in Úbeda (Jaén) which were the perfect opportunity to gain experience and strengthen the team spirit.
