2024, a year full of achievements

This year has been full of new projects and exciting challenges with the aim of reaching out to more and more people, expanding our offer, extending our frontiers and, in conclusion, offering a quality service to our policyholders.

Therefore, we have reached new markets with the launch of ASSSA STUDENTS; we have increased our family with the acquisition of the company Previsión Médica; we have extended our network of offices with the opening of new branches in Cordoba and Malaga, and with the inauguration of the Regional Headquarters in Málaga; and we have opted for digitalisation by presenting the new ASSSA Virtual Card.

We are starting the new year with great enthusiasm: we are celebrating 90 years, a milestone that we announce with our new corporate anniversary stamp. We would like to thank our policyholders, mediators, health professionals and other collaborators, as well as all the ASSSA staff, for sharing these moments with us. Thank you for being part of our history. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2025!

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
