The ASSSA Enric Valor Chess Club is organizing the 2nd Online Tournament for Schools, a competition that will take place over three Sundays starting on October 19, bringing together players from chess schools located in different parts of Spain.
For the second consecutive year, the tournament will feature three stages in the Under-10, Under-14, and Under-18 categories. Winners will receive various prizes, such as free entry to the Spanish Rapid Chess Championship or training courses by Grandmaster Spider Ibarra, a prominent figure in Spanish chess.
With this online tournament, the Club aims to encourage participation among non-federated students, foster a sense of community, and promote enjoyment and well-being through this beneficial sport.
