New achievements of the ASSSA Enric Valor Chess Club

17 de July de 2025

At ASSSA, we promote sport as a fundamental part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, on World Chess Day, commemorated on July 20, we highlight the achievements of the ASSSA Enric Valor Club, which we have been sponsoring since 2022.

Among their many successes, we highlight their victory in the Spanish Regional School Championship, where they participated with 4 of their players in the Valencian National Team, selected by the autonomous community. Held in Zaragoza, the U14 category won gold for the second consecutive year, competing with 17 other teams. We would like to give special congratulations to player Jaime López Martínez, who won the gold medal for the best board. Great job!

At ASSSA, we continue to emphasize the importance of sport and promote chess as the perfect way to take care of cognitive health.
