On 24 October we join the International Climate Change Day, a day to raise awareness of the harmful effects of pollution on our health.
ASSSA will be 90 years old in 2025! On 18 March 1935, a select group of doctors came together to offer quality health insurance, and to celebrate this milestone, we are introducing our 90th anniversary stamp.
As is our tradition, we celebrate our Open Door Weeks! An event in which we invite our policyholders and interested parties to get to know our facilities and the ASSSA team, in line with our main objective: to strengthen relationships and focus on proximity and human treatment.
Our new Regional Office in Malaga is now open! Located in the capital, in Callejones del Perchel, this office replaces the Liborio García and Alameda de Colón offices, centralising services.
At ASSSA, we are committed to promoting good lifestyle habits. For example, on 29 September we will be celebrating World Heart Day, a day that aims to raise awareness of the importance of following healthy guidelines.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
