We continue to transform our offices to update them with our new corporate image. In this occasion and in an outstanding way, we renewed the lettering on the facade of the Central Offices in Alicante, our main headquarters to attend to policyholders and interested parties, with a new and elegant design.
We are launching a new issue of ASSSA Magazine, now available online and in different languages, in which we incorporate articles of interest and current medical news on health care and inform you about the latest news from the Company.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
