Our chess club demontrates once again its ability and effort after being proclaimed regional champions U12 and U18 in the Regional Championship by Age. The tournament gathered more than 40 teams, with the club being the only representative from Alicante, a reason of pride that emphasizes its hard work and organization.
In ASSSA we are committed to sport and we promote its practice in both adults and children. For this reason, during this year we will sponsor the Alhama Signature Golf Youth Academy in Alhama de Murcia (Murcia), a place where children and young people of different ages and nationalities learn and have fun.
The wellbeing of our Policyholders and the care of their health is what drives us to continue growing and improving our services. As an example of the work we have done, we are launching the new extended and updated Medical Directory which is already available online.
We are publishing a new issue of ASSSA Magazine, also available online and in different languages, in which we communicate the important news of the Company and discuss important current medical topics by the hand of numerous prestigious specialists.
We continue to grow to offer our unique service to a greater number of people with the acquisition of the portfolio of the Insurance Company Previsión Médica, an entity with more than 60 years of experience located in the provinces of Malaga and Cordoba.
In ASSSA we work to increase our presence in the different formats and media available to approach policyholders and interested parties, also on social networks, meeting places and essential meeting points nowadays. Following this objective, we continue to strengthen our Instagram profile.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
