We are opening an office in the town of Albox (Almería)! Starting Monday the 17th March, this new branch will join the one in Vera, Almería, in response to the significant increase in policyholders and enquiries in the area.
On the 4th of March, we commemorate the World Obesity Day; a day convened by the World Obesity Federation to raise awareness of the causes and consequences of the illness, as well as to explore possible solutions.
The health insurance sector continues growing consistently. Since 2017, the number of policyholders has increased to 23% in Spain, a figure which shows this upward trend and which responds to a greater awareness of health.
We continue reinforcing and expanding our Medical Directory in Andalucia, this time in Malaga with Clínica Muelle Heredia, a centre with more than 30 years of experience, modern facilities, excellent location and a multidisciplinary medical team at the service of its patients.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
