As we do every year, we join World Health Day, which takes place on the 7th of April and which highlights the importance to take care of this precious asset and invites us to reflect on the current advances and challenges in global health.
At ASSSA, we are celebrating 10 years of sharing practical and informative health articles in a variety of languages with the aim of making more and more people aware about the importance of prevention.
We continue to expand our Medical Directory by including prestigious centres. On this occasion, we have added the Mediesven Specialities Centre (Madrid), a modern facility located in the new Cañaveral neighbourhood, focusing on holistic wellbeing.
In ASSSA we have been taking care of health for 90 years, a milestone of great importance for the Company and another example of our constant commitment and dedication to our Policyholders.
We are opening an office in the town of Albox (Almería)! Starting Monday the 17th March, this new branch will join the one in Vera, Almería, in response to the significant increase in policyholders and enquiries in the area.
On the 4th of March, we commemorate the World Obesity Day; a day convened by the World Obesity Federation to raise awareness of the causes and consequences of the illness, as well as to explore possible solutions.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
