On the 3rd of December, we celebrate International Doctors’ Day, a date which highlights the importance of the medical profession and honors the invaluable work of doctors such as diagnosing and treating illnesses, improving health, and enhancing people’s quality of life.
With the Internet, cybersecurity has become an essential aspect to protect user data. For this reason, on the 30th of November we commemorate the Computer Security Day to reaffirm our commitment to this vital issue.
We continue to expand our Medical Directory, this time with the important addition of HM Hospital Universitario Madrid Río (Madrid), a centre with facilities adapted to the current needs and with the latest technology to offer maximum comfort and safety to patients.
At ASSSA, we know how important students are in creating a fairer and more equal future. For this reason, on the 17th of November, we are joining to the celebration of International Students’ Day, a date which highlights the multiculturalism of students and the struggle for democracy, peace, progress, and freedom.
The 1st ASSSA tournament for Schools, organised by the ASSSA Enric Valor Chess Club, has already begun. It is a competition where the participants face off eight schools from different places in Spain.
In ASSSA we remain committed to sports. For that reason, we competed for the second consecutive year in the Mixed Team category in the 3rd edition of the NTT DATA Alicante Companies Race in the 5 km, 10 km and walk race.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
