At ASSSA, we believe that good health begins with prevention. That is why we are taking part in the International Day of Action against Migraine, held on the 12th September, to help raise awareness of a condition that affects millions of people across the world.
Migraine is recognised as one of the most disabling health conditions. It can be brought on by a variety of factors, such as diet, stress, high blood pressure, or muscle tension. Taking steps to prevent migraines is key. Simple changes like staying active, cutting down on ultra-processed foods and refined sugars, drinking plenty of water, and learning how to manage stress can make a real difference and help prevent migraines from becoming a long-term issue.
