At ASSSA we believe that a day that raises awareness about mental health and promotes practices to protect it is important for us and our policyholders. For this reason, on January 13th we echo the World Day to Combat Depression.
An emotional disorder to which we must give visibility, since it affects more than 300 million people in the world. Our objective is none other than to contribute to sensitise, guide and prevent the population about this disease, highlighting the importance of everyday habits such as maintaining a positive attitude, a strong self-esteem, an open mind, as well as the externalisation of feelings and, above all, the enjoyment of moments shared with loved ones.
From ASSSA we want to promote the use of these tools as the perfect combination to help us work on our mental health and take care of our well-being.
