Thanks to the growth experienced in Almeria, we have moved our Vera office to a larger space with better location and renovated facilities with more possibilities to continue our development in the area.
The new office has better features with an image consistent with our values from where we will continue to guarantee the quality of our service to all our policyholders within the usual schedule.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA
Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
