- It is recommendable toe at light meals several times throughout the day.
- YES to the consumption of vegetables, potatoes and fruit ton a daily basis. Bananas, apples and warm milk neutralize stomach acids.
- NO to the consumption off at, red meats, sausages, fried foods and industrial bakery products since these increase heartburn, as well as chocolate, coffee, tea, spicy food, alcoholic beverages, lemonade and very sour oranges.
