
Due to the current state of alarm, in which we are forced and we must stay at home, it is important to create routines and keep busy as much as possible, in this way we will make this period of time more bearable.
Physical activity, both aerobic and anaerobic, will help us increase caloric expenditure, keep us in shape, stimulate the immune system and also help us psychologically.
As a general rule, it is known that physical activity is recommended to improve our immune system and is a good way to increase our defenses against possible infections.
Being active will help us lose weight or at least maintain it during confinement. We will also get more rest by improving the sleep that exercise brings and alleviating states of depression, anxiety and stress.
It is advisable to practice physical exercise as long as you are not contraindicating any pathological condition.
Taking into account each ones fitness, the overall objective is not to become sedentary and do at least 20 minutes of exercise a day in order to try to achieve the benefits of physical exercise.
In our days with the technological advances and social networks it is easy to get all kinds of exercises and physical routines. It is very important to know which and what type are those appropriate to each one, therefore, it is recommended to seek advise from a qualified personnel.
