Health recommendations for computer users

Taking care of one´s eyesight:

If you spend a long time in front of the monitor, it is advisable to look away from the screen and fix your sight on a far away object for a minute or two at least every half an hour.

Lighting is of fundamental importance. With poor lighting, we only force our eyesight unnecessarily. This applies to both watching television and working on the computer.

Hygiene. If your eyes fell itchy, avoid rubbing them directly with the hands or palms. It is preferable to use eye drops or water.

It is recommendable to visit an ophthalmologist annually to check that you do not have any problems and that you keep having the same keenness of sight.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
