I am writing to express my sincere thanks to you, ASSSA and Dr. Torres Gallach for the help and service which I was given recently

David and I have always believed in having annual check-ups, and my recent ASSSA “well-woman” tests have proved vital.  On discovering a uterine tumour I was quickly given an MRI scan and a follow-up total hysterectomy in Policlínico San Carlos Denia.  Dr. Torres acted very quickly and I cannot thank him enough for his treatment.  Had I not had ASSSA´s annual check-ups the tumour would not have been discovered until it was further advanced and it would have been a different story.

I cannot emphasise enough how essential it is to have the annual checks which are offered by ASSSA.  I owe everyone involved in the process such deep gratitude.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
