My name is Erk Petersen; I am insured with ASSSA since 2011 with a Summum Policy. Up to then I was insured with a different health insurance company, which surprisingly cancelled my contract. I had been a client of this insurance for many years and when I had to use the policy because of an operation, the Insurance company immediately cancelled my policy.
I was very pleased when I found ASSSA. It was very important to me to have the peace of mind from the very first day, that my health insurance company would never cancel my contract regardless of the age or policy usage. This is what ASSSA guarantees. Moreover, there is no age-related premium increase, which is fair enough from my point of view. Since then I am a satisfied customer.
The customer service office in Orihuela Costa under the management of Katrin Sasse has been looking after me since my first insurance day in December 2011, they offer the best advice and support and they even arrange the appointments for me. I feel that I am in really good hands.
