I am very happy with ASSSA. The treatment in their offices in Figueres is excellent. The staff is very nice, friendly and cheerful, they help you in everything and adapt to your needs. When it comes to responding to requests they are very efficient, in a short time they are resolved, they achieve the impossible and more.

The office is in a good location, both for entering and leaving the city.

In addition, I am delighted with the ASSSA medical directory, they have very good doctors.

    REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

    Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.

    El Reglamento para la defensa del asegurado puede solicitarlo en la siguiente dirección de correo: sacquejasyreclamaciones@asssa.es.
