My name is Cynthia Sadler. My husband, Frank, and I are retired Americans living in Benalmadena Pueblo. When we relocated to Spain in 2014 we compared several insurance companies and after much consideration chose ASSSA.

Now, after 4 years we couldn’t be happier with our choice. In 2014, ASSSA was just beginning to service the Costa del Sol area and we were one of their first clients. From the beginning, we have consistently received the highest standard of client services and ASSSA has quickly and efficiently provided easy access to excellent health care. As we live within walking distance, we use Xanit hospital which is a world class facility with excellent doctors and staff. We continue to be amazed at the quality we receive there.

One of the greatest benefits of having ASSSA Insurance is that our local representatives, Suzanne Hinrichs, area manager, and her assistants Judith and Monica, provide a seamless interface between Xanit and ASSSA. As an example, each year we have an extensive annual physical. One of the team will call and ask days and times that are convenient for appointments and then all the arrangements are made for us. It couldn’t be easier.

In January I had major surgery and again every detail was handled. From the time the doctor prescribed the surgery until I was discharged ASSSA organized the entire process. As retirees who are not fluent in Spanish, this is a great service, especially in the stressful times during a health crisis. We wholeheartedly recommend ASSSA to anyone who wants high quality health care insurance at the top facilities in Spain.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
