My name is Pilar Bruna and I work as a pharmacist in Madrid. I am insured with ASSSA together with my daughters, who are 8 and 10 years old. I think that the medical directory is quite comprehensive and varied and well distributed around the city. Moreover, the choices have been improved since the incorporation of Hospitales Madrid.

I have used the policy for my daughters, mainly in emergencies for acute problems, and the results have always been speed and successful.

As for me, I go for annual check-ups and the treatment received by the medical staff has always been correct and very professional.

We always take with us our ASSSA card and vouchers when travelling, as I fully trust that any health issue can be solved by them if it happens.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
