My name is Monika Krupica. I’m German and I’m currently living in Denia (Alicante).

In 2000 some friends recommended me ASSSA and I took out a health insurance policy. Today, I can confirm it was an excellent decision.

A few years ago I had a serious illness and ASSSA stood by me all through that difficult time for me and my partner.

ASSSA’s costumer care is fantastica, Jennifer Schuster, the ASSSA representative in Denia, really cares about her costumers and is very kind to them. Right from the start, she was always looking ou for me in case I needed anything. She helped me with fixing appointments and authorisations and she even went with me to the doctor and hospital appointments so I wouldn’t have any problem with the language.

The medical service I received at Vistahermosa Hospital in Alicante was second to none. Everything went smoothly, both in terms of appointments and medical care.

Now I’m very happy to have recovered from my illness and I have peace of mind knowing that I can count on my insurance company to cover my needs.

I recommend ASSSA without hesitation as an insurance company you can trust.

REGLAMENTO PARA LA DEFENSA DEL ASEGURADO DE ASSSA

Este reglamento tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento del Servicio de Atención al Cliente y del Defensor del Asegurado de ASSSA, así como las relaciones entre ambos. Se rige por la Ley 44/2002 de 22 de noviembre, de Medidas de Reforma del Sistema Financiero y por la Orden ECO 734/2004, de 11 de marzo, sobre los departamentos y servicios de atención al cliente de las entidades financieras.
